These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect when booking a styling experience with me. My aim is to make every appointment relaxed, enjoyable and personalised, while ensuring everything runs smoothly for both of us.

By booking a service with Styling with Lucy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Styling with Lucy offers personalised image and style services, including:

• Colour & Style Experiences

• Wardrobe Resets

• Complete Style Resets

• Personal Styling

• Group events and workshops

• Gift vouchers

• Other styling services as advertised

All advice is tailored to you and based on the information you provide during your consultation.

Booking

Appointments can be booked by email, social media or by contacting me directly.

Your booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed.

I may occasionally ask for a deposit or full payment to secure your booking. If applicable, this will be made clear when booking.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when booking your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes plans change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.

If I need to rearrange your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.

Home Visits

For Wardrobe Reset appointments and other home visits, please ensure:

• The address and parking information are provided in advance.

• The wardrobe or clothing you'd like to review is easily accessible.

• Any pets are managed appropriately during the consultation where necessary.

Travel outside my usual service area may incur an additional travel charge, which will always be discussed before confirming your booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers make wonderful presents and are valid for the period stated on the voucher.

They:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Must be redeemed before their expiry date.

• Can be transferred to another recipient if agreed in advance.

Personalised Advice

Every styling recommendation is tailored specifically to you, taking into account your colouring, body proportions, lifestyle and personal preferences.

The advice provided is intended as guidance to help you make confident style choices. You're under no obligation to purchase any clothing or products recommended during or after your appointment.

Colour Analysis

Colour analysis is based on professional colour draping and my training as an Image & Style Consultant.

Lighting, hair colour changes and personal preferences can all influence how colours are worn in everyday life, so recommendations should be viewed as helpful guidance rather than strict rules.

Wardrobe Resets

Wardrobe Reset sessions are collaborative.

While I'll make recommendations about what to keep, alter, donate or sell, all final decisions remain yours.

I won't pressure you to part with anything you're not comfortable letting go of.

Reports & Resources

Any personalised reports, guides, shopping recommendations or resources provided after your appointment are for your personal use only.

They remain the intellectual property of Styling with Lucy and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Photography

From time to time, you may choose to have photographs taken during your appointment.

These will only ever be shared with your permission.

If you'd prefer not to have any photographs taken, simply let me know.

Liability

Every effort is made to provide accurate styling advice based on professional training and experience.

However, Styling with Lucy cannot be held responsible for:

• Purchases made following styling recommendations

• Individual clothing availability

• Manufacturer sizing differences

• Changes made by third-party retailers
